Temp of the Quarter
Metro On Hire are happy to announce their new Temp of the Quarter program!
This program has been designed to recognise and reward our hard-working and reliable casual (on-hire) employees.
Two employees will receive recognition for their efforts each quarter.
We will be looking for the following qualities to qualify:
- Attendance
- Punctuality (start of shift and lunch / morning tea breaks)
- Work performance
- Wearing correct PPE (where required)
- Notifying Metro if unable to work a shift before the shift begins
- Complying with site rules regarding smoking, breaks, safety etc; and
- Positive client feedback
Winners will be recognised for their achievement through our website and newsletter.
