We are currently seeking an All-rounder Duty Manager to become an integral part of our team and assist the Licensee in all aspects of Hotel operations.   As a "hands on " Manager you will be required to maintain a constant, visible physical presence in public areas during opening hours and ensure compliance with licensing laws, WHS and company policy and procedure.  You will have a strong hospitality background which includes solid management experience within a busy pub environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a large multi- facet/level venue including bar, bistro, functions, gaming and bottle shop.
  • Developing and supervising a loyal team of customer service professionals.
  • Compliance with the Liquor Act 2007 and a thorough understanding of OLGR Intoxication Guidelines with the ability to build relationships with Local Area Command/OLGR.
  • Maintaining and exceeding customer service standards and handling any customer complaints.
  • Compliance with all relevant legislation relating to WHS, and employment
  • Financial administration such as reconciling tills, floats, safes etc and reporting any variances as well as stock control, ordering and managing costs



To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Min 1 year hotel management experience
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict
  • A proven track record in leading a team
  • A current RSA/RCG


A Supervisory position is also available within the team.
